Titans are excited to offer Girls Flag Football! This is a pilot program Mountain Valley is organizing this year. This division will play under the same rules as Frederick County High Schools girls flag football program.

Ages: Per league rules, age is determined as of August 31st. Players must be no younger than 11 years old and no older than 14 years old.

Grades- 6th to 8th grade starting in Fall 2024

Games are played jamboree style (teams play multiple games against different teams) on either Saturday or Sunday. The schedule will depend on the football game schedules. Practices will not interfere with our Cheer practices and cheerleaders are encouraged to participate in both cheer and flag football.

Practices will likely be twice a week 60-90 minutes.

Registration Cost:
